Four signals behind every colour

Every row is judged on the same four signals, rechecked at each update:

1. Site: loads normally with no maintenance or closure notice.
2. Ordering: accepts a pasted Weidian or Taobao link, or shows a working catalogue.
3. Trackers: rep.tools, KakoGuide and CNBuyPilot don't report a closure.
4. Customers: Trustpilot still shows reviews arriving at a normal pace.

Open means all four look normal. Flagged means a specific concern backed by evidence: ACBuy's reviews stopped on July 30 and one tracker lists it closed; MuleBuy's September reviews describe orders stuck for weeks; PinguBuy has had no review since April. Offline is reserved for evidence from the agent's own address, such as AllChinaBuy's maintenance notice or WeGoBuy's domain no longer resolving. Closed means a confirmed end.

Verdict: One rumour never turns a row red. Two independent signals can.

What PandaBuy's end taught about status

PandaBuy had a good reputation right up to April 11, 2024. Nothing on a review site warned its users, which is why this board leans on several signals and why we keep repeating the same advice: pay per order with no balance, prompt shipping, original links. CNFans gave more warning, with a partial shutdown months before the end; WeGoBuy gave none at all.

Verdict: Check status before every order, not just once when you sign up.

Site down for you but green here?

If an agent is green here but won't load for you, the problem is often local: try mobile data or another device, switch off a VPN or change its region, disable ad-blockers and translation extensions on the site, and clear its cookies. If one link fails while others work, the listing itself may have gone.

If the site fails everywhere for more than a day, don't retry payments (a payment in progress usually settles; paying twice creates a refund to chase), screenshot your balance and orders, and write to support. Tell us on WhatsApp too; reader reports are often the first sign that something has changed.
