ACBuy Spreadsheet: Conflicting Signals, an AllChinaBuy Mix-Up, and a PandaBuy-Shaped Lesson

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

We can't give ACBuy a clean bill of health, and we won't guess. acbuy.com still loads as a normal agent app with no closure or maintenance notice. Against that, its Trustpilot page (4.5/5 from 973 reviews) has had no new review since July 30, 2026, and a rep.tools guide from August 31 lists ACBuy as shut down in August 2026. rep.tools has mixed ACBuy up with AllChinaBuy before, and AllChinaBuy really is offline, so the claim may be wrong. Until it's clear: don't keep a balance there, and convert your ACBuy sheet so its rows work at any open agent.

16 finds to order through a green agent

ACBuy-style Weidian rows that work anywhere once converted. Each tile opens on repbuysheet.com. This grid is a taster: the catalog it links into lists 10,000+ products, each with its seller's photo set.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

Is ACBuy still running? The evidence

The ACBuy question shows why we check several sources and print the conflicts rather than pick one:

The two rep.tools pages disagree with each other; one of them is likely confusing the two similarly named agents.

A two-month gap in reviews isn't proof of closure; small agents go quiet for all sorts of reasons. But after PandaBuy and CNFans, a gap like this following a steady flow of reviews is exactly the kind of signal worth acting on. The last one-star review before the gap, dated July 14, describes a returned parcel declared 'destroyed' with no refund offered.

Verdict: Unclear, leaning cautious. Treat ACBuy as a place you don't keep money until fresh reviews or an announcement settle it.

Playing it safe with an ACBuy sheet

The steps are the ones that would have protected PandaBuy users in April 2024:

  • No advance payments. If you must order, pay per order.
  • Ship anything in storage and keep screenshots of every order page.
  • Convert ACBuy links. Full ACBuy links include the marketplace item ID; the link converter rebuilds the Weidian or Taobao link. Short l.acbuy.com links depend on ACBuy's servers, so save the long version while they still redirect.
  • Order through a green agent in the meantime; 23 were open at our last check.

Verdict: Convert the sheet now while ACBuy's short links still work. It costs nothing if ACBuy is fine.

ACBuy as a PandaBuy alternative, before the doubts

For context, ACBuy was one of the agents many PandaBuy users tried in 2024, largely on price. Third-party guides still list it with a 0% service fee:

PandaBuy (until 2024)ACBuy
Service fee0% service fee0% (third-party)
Trustpilot—4.5/5 · 88% five-star

StatusClosed after the 2024 raidUnclear since August 2026

Trustpilot read Oct 4, 2026; fee from third-party guides; PandaBuy from Extrabux.

The reviews it does have are strong. If ACBuy resumes normal activity, with new reviews and no closure notice, we'll move it back to green on the status board. Until then, its similarly named neighbour is a reminder of how quickly 'loads fine' can turn into a maintenance page.

Verdict: Good record, uncertain present. Wait for evidence before trusting it with money.

How we decide when sources disagree

ACBuy is a good test case for how to decide when sources disagree, a situation PandaBuy users didn't get: its raid was confirmed quickly. Here's the reasoning we use for every agent on the status board:

  1. An official notice wins. A maintenance page or a closure announcement on the agent's own site settles it, as with AllChinaBuy.
  2. Then recent customer activity. New reviews, replies from staff and buyers posting fresh QC photos are signs of life.
  3. Trackers come third. rep.tools and similar sites are useful but sometimes wrong, especially with similar names.
  4. A loading website proves little. An agent's site can stay up after it has stopped trading, which is why we don't count it as a sign of life.

Run through that list for ACBuy and you get: no notice (open), no fresh activity since July (worrying), one tracker saying closed and another not (inconclusive), site loads (neutral). That's why it sits at yellow rather than green or red. If you've ordered from ACBuy recently and your parcel arrived, or didn't, telling us on WhatsApp is the fastest way to resolve it for everyone.

Verdict: When sources conflict, act on the cautious reading and keep looking for fresh evidence.

ACBuy status questions

Is ACBuy shut down?

Nobody has confirmed it either way. acbuy.com still loads with no closure or maintenance notice, yet its Trustpilot page hasn't had a new review since July 30, 2026, and a rep.tools guide dated August 31 says it shut in August 2026. That same site lists AllChinaBuy, not ACBuy, as closed in another article, so the report may be a mix-up. Treat ACBuy as uncertain and keep no money there.

Are ACBuy and AllChinaBuy the same?

No. taobot.io describes them as separate businesses, and their domains differ: acbuy.com versus allchinabuy.com. AllChinaBuy's homepage shows a maintenance page, while ACBuy's site still works normally. The similar names have confused trackers too; one rep.tools article calls ACBuy closed while a September 22 ranking names AllChinaBuy instead. Check the domain on any link before deciding which agent it belongs to.

Can I still use an ACBuy spreadsheet?

Yes, once the links are converted. Full ACBuy links include the marketplace item ID, so the link converter can rebuild the original Weidian or Taobao address, which any of the 23 agents open at our last check can buy. Short l.acbuy.com links rely on ACBuy's servers, so open them now and save where they lead. Do the conversion today, since there's no downside if ACBuy is healthy.

Is ACBuy a good PandaBuy alternative?

It used to be a popular one: many PandaBuy users tried it in 2024, mostly on price, and third-party guides still list a 0% service fee. Its 973 Trustpilot reviews average 4.5/5, which is strong. The problem is the present, with no new reviews since July 30, 2026 and a conflicting shutdown report. For now, pick an agent with recent activity and revisit ACBuy later.

What do ACBuy's Trustpilot reviews say?

ACBuy holds 4.5/5 from 973 reviews, 88% of them five-star. The flow stopped after July 30, 2026. A one-star review from July 14, just before the gap, says a returned parcel was written off as 'destroyed' and no refund was offered. A good record helps, but the silence since summer is the bigger signal, so wait for fresh reviews before paying.

Do l.acbuy.com short links still work?

Only as long as ACBuy's servers keep redirecting them; a short code can't be decoded on its own. Open every l.acbuy.com link in your sheet now and paste the long address it lands on into a new column. Full links can then go through the link converter to recover the Weidian or Taobao page. If ACBuy stops, unsaved short links die with it, so save them this week.

Should I order from ACBuy now?

Not yet. The site still loads, but there's been no new Trustpilot review since July 30, 2026 and a rep.tools guide from August 31 reports a shutdown. We have ACBuy at yellow on our status board for that reason. If you must order, pay per order rather than paying in advance, and ship as soon as items arrive. Otherwise use one of the 23 green agents.

How do I convert an ACBuy spreadsheet?

Copy the link column and paste it into the link converter. Full ACBuy links carry the original item ID, so it returns Weidian or Taobao addresses in the same order. Short l.acbuy.com codes have to be opened first to reveal the long link. Paste the results next to the old column, spot-check a few listings, then order through any open agent. Keeping the converted column means ACBuy's fate no longer affects your sheet.

What should I do with items stored at ACBuy?

Ship them now while the site still lets you, and ask for a refund on anything that hasn't been bought yet. Screenshot every order page first, so you have evidence if a dispute is needed. Don't pay for anything in advance in the meantime. PandaBuy's April 2024 raid showed that items left in an agent's warehouse are the most exposed, so get them moving this week.

The PandaBuy history leans on court records, police-side reporting and Wikipedia; agent fees, storage and review counts come from each agent's own pages or the named trackers.
