PandaBuy shoes spreadsheet
PandaBuy Shoes Spreadsheet: The Trainer Rows, Re-Checked for Agents That Still Exist
Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk
Short answer
Shoes were the heart of most PandaBuy spreadsheets, and the brands' account of the 2024 raid says footwear made up over 90% of what was seized. This sheet has 16 pairs on the page and 85 trainer listings in the checked catalog, most between $32.92 and $88.36 (median $52.40). All are Weidian listings, so any open agent can buy them from a pasted link. Before ordering: measure your foot in centimetres, ask for QC photos of the toe box and heel, and ship without the box if the agent offers it.
16 pairs from the shoe sheet
Runners, basketball shoes, slides and boots, all on Weidian listings an open agent can buy. Each tile opens repbuysheet.com with the seller's photos and size range. We cap the grid at 16 finds so it loads quickly; behind it sit 10,000+ products.

Why shoes were half of every PandaBuy sheet
Search data tells the same story as the old sheets. Beside the plain 'PandaBuy shoes', people still look for PandaBuy Jordan 4, Dunks, Air Force 1, Yeezy slides and a shoe size chart, long after PandaBuy closed. The rows those searches point to were Weidian and Taobao listings, and most of those shops are still selling. What changed is the agent in the middle, and the shoe-specific advice that PandaBuy's photos used to answer.
| PandaBuy (until 2024) | Open agent today | |
|---|---|---|
| Listing source | Weidian / Taobao | The same shops |
| Free QC photos | 4 per item | 5–7 at most large agents |
| Extra angles | Paid request | Usually paid; some free |
| Box removed to save weight | On request | On request; check the price |
| Exchange a wrong size | Before shipping only | Before shipping only |
PandaBuy photo count from CNBuyPilot; current agents from KakoGuide and each agent's own pages.
Shoes punish a poor photo check more than anything else on a sheet, because the details that decide whether a pair looks right (toe shape, heel height, stitching on the overlays) only show up in the warehouse photos of your actual pair. That makes the agent's QC policy the most important number on a shoes sheet.
Verdict: For trainers, pick the agent on photos first and price second.
Shoe sizes: EU, US, UK and centimetres
Chinese trainer listings mostly use EU sizes; some add foot length in millimetres, so '265' means a 26.5 cm foot. Measure standing, heel to longest toe, late in the day, and match the foot-length column rather than your usual size:
| EU | US men | US women | UK | Foot (cm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 38 | 5.5 | 7 | 5 | 24 |
| 38.5 | 6 | 7.5 | 5.5 | 24 |
| 39 | 6.5 | 8 | 6 | 24.5 |
| 40 | 7 | 8.5 | 6 | 25 |
| 40.5 | 7.5 | 9 | 6.5 | 25.5 |
| 41 | 8 | 9.5 | 7 | 26 |
| 42 | 8.5 | 10 | 7.5 | 26.5 |
| 42.5 | 9 | 10.5 | 8 | 27 |
| 43 | 9.5 | 11 | 8.5 | 27.5 |
| 44 | 10 | 11.5 | 9 | 28 |
| 44.5 | 10.5 | 12 | 9.5 | 28.5 |
| 45 | 11 | 12.5 | 10 | 29 |
A common men's trainer chart. Brands differ by half a size; the size converter has the full range.
Two rules cover most mistakes. If you're between sizes, go up for basketball shoes and runners with a narrow toe; and if a seller's chart gives both EU and millimetres, trust the millimetres. The size converter covers the whole range and clothing too.
Verdict: Measure in cm and order by foot length. Your usual size label is the least reliable number.
Five things to check in trainer QC photos
When the warehouse photos arrive, go through the same five points for every pair:
- Side profile. Overall shape and the height of the heel; compare against the shop's photos, not against memory.
- Toe box. The angle from the toe to the laces is the detail that varies most between batches.
- Logos and stitching. Even spacing, no loose threads, consistent stitch density.
- Size tag and both insoles. Make sure both shoes are the size you ordered.
- Glue and marks. Small marks clean off; heavy glue around the sole usually doesn't.
If something's wrong, ask for an exchange while the pair is still in China. The QC photo guide explains how to find other buyers' photos of the same listing before you order, which PandaBuy users used to do on its own QC pages.
Verdict: Reject in China, not at home. A return from your country usually costs more than the shoes.
Getting trainers home without overpaying
Trainers are heavy and bulky, and the box often weighs as much as one shoe. Removing it typically saves a noticeable amount of volumetric weight, which is what most shipping lines charge on. Two pairs without boxes can cost about the same to ship as one pair with its box. The shipping estimator shows the volumetric sum for your parcel.
Customs is the other cost. In the EU, every category in a parcel adds €3 of duty since July 2026, so shoes plus clothing plus a bag counts as three. Shoes are also the category brand owners targeted most heavily in the PandaBuy case, and customs in several countries can hold branded footwear. Only you can decide that risk; the duty calculator covers the money side.
Verdict: Ship trainers boxless, two or three pairs to a parcel, and keep the parcel's categories to a minimum.
PandaBuy shoes sheet: questions
Is there still a PandaBuy shoes spreadsheet?
PandaBuy closed in 2024, yet its shoe rows pointed at Weidian and Taobao shops, and most are still selling. This rebuilt sheet holds 85 checked trainer listings, most priced between $32.92 and $88.36, with a median of $52.40. Any open agent can buy them from a pasted link. Use it in place of the old PandaBuy shoe sheets.
How do I find a shoe from an old PandaBuy link?
Put the old link through the link converter to recover the Weidian or Taobao item number, then paste that clean address into an open agent's search bar. If the listing has been deleted, search the marketplace by model name, such as Jordan 4 or Dunk, or choose a similar pair from this sheet. Convert first before searching manually.
What size should I order in Chinese trainers?
Most Chinese listings use EU sizes, and some add foot length in millimetres, so 265 means a 26.5 cm foot. Measure standing, heel to longest toe, late in the day, then match the foot-length column; our chart covers 12 common sizes. Between sizes, go up for narrow-toed runners and basketball shoes. Trust the centimetres over your usual label.
How many QC photos do I get for shoes?
PandaBuy used to send 4 per item, according to CNBuyPilot. Most large agents today give five to seven free photos, and extra angles of the toe box, heel or stitching can be requested, usually for a small fee. Check side profile, toe box, logos, size tags and glue. If anything looks wrong, ask for an exchange before shipping.
Should I ship trainers without the box?
In most cases, yes. Shipping lines usually charge on volumetric weight, and a shoe box can weigh as much as one shoe while adding a lot of bulk. Two boxless pairs can cost about the same to send as one boxed pair. Keep the box only if you genuinely need it, and ask the agent's price for removing it.
Which agent is best for shoes after PandaBuy?
Pick on photos first and price second, because trainer details only show in pictures of your actual pair. KakoBuy gives seven free photos per item, more than the 4 PandaBuy used to send. Fast dispatch matters too, since exchanges only work while the pair is still in China. Compare current options on the agent status board before ordering.
