Fees and storage come from the agent's own site where it publishes them, otherwise from rep.tools, KakoGuide, W2C Spreadsheet or CNBuyPilot, flagged as third-party. Trustpilot numbers were read Sept 26 to Oct 4, 2026; where it says score hidden, Trustpilot withdrew the rating after removing reviews. A dash means we found nothing checkable.

Fees matter less than they look. Freight, the exchange-rate margin and duty usually add more to a haul than a few percent of service fee. Each agent's page covers its photos, shipping quotes, complaints and how to leave it if it closes.

Which agents replaced PandaBuy?

No single agent took over. At our check on October 4, 2026, 23 agents were open, 3 were flagged and 4 were offline or closed. KakoBuy, Superbuy, Oopbuy and HooBuy are the usual starting points for former PandaBuy users, though their fees and storage terms differ. Look at the status board before ordering, and choose the open agent whose fees suit the stores you use.

Which stores still need an agent?

Weidian and 1688 still need an agent, and so does Taobao if you live in the UK or EU, just as when PandaBuy was running. Taobao ships direct to roughly 12 other markets. DHgate, AliExpress, Temu, SHEIN, Hacoo and Amazon all deliver abroad themselves, so there's no middleman involved. Use an agent only for stores that won't send parcels to your country.

Which agent is cheapest after PandaBuy?

There's no single answer, because pricing depends on where your sheet's links point. Some agents charge nothing on Weidian orders, while others take 10% there but nothing on Taobao. PandaBuy itself charged 0% service fee, for comparison. Freight, the exchange-rate margin and duty usually outweigh a few percent of service fee. Compare the delivered total for one real parcel before picking an agent.

Can one spreadsheet work with any agent?

Yes, provided each row holds an original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 address instead of an agent's own link. Old agent links need cleaning first, and the link converter can process a whole column in one paste. After that, the same sheet works at any of the 23 open agents. Convert once, then keep the marketplace links as your master copy.

Are the old PandaBuy spreadsheets useless?

No. A long PandaBuy link still carries the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listing inside it, so the row can be rescued. Only the short page.link codes are lost, since there's nothing left to expand. Run the column through the link converter, then paste the clean links into an open agent. Treat any row that fails as one to replace from another copy of the sheet.
