iTaoBuy Spreadsheet: Wider Reach Than PandaBuy Had, With Two Rules to Know First

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

iTaoBuy is a young, open agent. KakoGuide dates its public launch to around March 2025 (its iOS app is from 2024) and names the operator as HK SELL GOOD THINGS TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, working from Guangdong. Its selling point for an old PandaBuy sheet is reach: alongside Taobao, Weidian and 1688 it lists Xianyu (China's second-hand app) and Yupoo albums as places it will buy from. Two things to know first: its service fee isn't published, and items are destroyed after 120 days (90 free plus 30).

16 finds iTaoBuy can open

Ordinary Weidian listings to pair with the harder rows of an old sheet. Each tile opens repbuysheet.com. Close but not quite? Search the 10,000+ products in the catalog behind this grid.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

What can iTaoBuy buy that other agents can't?

Many PandaBuy sheet rows didn't point at a shop at all: they pointed at a Yupoo photo album, with a note to 'ask the seller for the link', or at a second-hand Xianyu listing. Those rows are the hardest to move to a new agent. iTaoBuy is one of the few that says it handles both:

iTaoBuy from KakoGuide (Jun 6, 2026); PandaBuy from Extrabux.

Buying from a Yupoo album still means someone contacting the seller to find the actual item; iTaoBuy just does that step for you. Second-hand Xianyu purchases are a different kind of risk, since each listing is a single used item; ask for detailed photos before it ships. The Yupoo page explains how albums work.

Verdict: If your old sheet is full of Yupoo albums or Xianyu links, iTaoBuy is worth trying for those rows.

iTaoBuy's two rules worth a reminder

Two of iTaoBuy's terms deserve a reminder on your calendar:

  1. The 120-day limit. Items get 90 free days, then 30 more, then they're destroyed. That's stricter than storage fees at other agents: you lose the items, not just money. Set a reminder at day 75.
  2. The unpublished fee. With no fee table, your first cart is the only record. Screenshot the breakdown and compare it on later orders.

Neither is unusual for a young agent, and neither should stop a small order. After PandaBuy, they're simply the sort of terms worth knowing before you build a big haul in one place.

Verdict: Ship within 90 days and screenshot your cart. Then iTaoBuy's terms can't surprise you.

Who runs iTaoBuy, and how to test it

iTaoBuy discloses more about its operator than some young agents: KakoGuide names a Hong Kong-registered company with a Guangdong base. It has no long review history yet, so the evidence of how it handles problems is thin.

A sensible first order mixes one ordinary Taobao or Weidian item with one of the harder rows from your sheet: a Yupoo album or a Xianyu listing. You'll learn whether the reach works in practice, how long the seller contact takes, and what the fee comes to. The haul template has columns for recording each charge.

Verdict: A named operator and a short record. Test it on one easy row and one hard one.

Moving a PandaBuy sheet to iTaoBuy

Moving a PandaBuy sheet to iTaoBuy: convert the PandaBuy links with the link converter (Yupoo album links pass through unchanged, since there's no item ID to extract), paste the clean ones into iTaoBuy, and send the Yupoo rows as album links with a note of the photo you want.

For the bulk of a sheet that is ordinary Weidian and Taobao rows, an agent with more reviews may suit you better; see the status board for what's open.

Verdict: Use iTaoBuy for the rows other agents can't open.

Buying Xianyu and Yupoo rows through iTaoBuy

Xianyu and Yupoo are the two sources that set iTaoBuy apart, and both behave differently from a normal Weidian row:

  • Xianyu items are usually single, second-hand pieces. There's one of each, the seller is often a private person, and the listing can vanish once it sells. Ask iTaoBuy to confirm availability before paying, and expect fewer return options than with a shop.
  • Yupoo albums are catalogues, not shops. An album shows photos and a contact; someone still has to place the order with the seller. Give iTaoBuy the album link, the photo, the size and the price shown, and keep a copy of what you sent.
  • Neither fits the link converter, which reads Weidian, Taobao and 1688 IDs. Paste these links into iTaoBuy as they are.

PandaBuy sheets often carried Yupoo albums next to the buyable rows, and many buyers just skipped them. iTaoBuy is one way to use those rows, but it's also the route with the least recourse, so keep such orders small until the first one arrives.

Verdict: iTaoBuy can reach Xianyu and Yupoo rows other agents skip. Keep those orders small and documented.

iTaoBuy questions

Is iTaoBuy safe enough for a first post-PandaBuy order?

iTaoBuy is open and trading, and KakoGuide names its operator: HK SELL GOOD THINGS TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, working from Guangdong. The catch is age. Its public launch came around March 2025, so there's little history showing how it handles lost parcels or disputes, and its service fee isn't published. Treat it as a real agent with a short record and keep the first order small.

Can iTaoBuy buy from Yupoo and Xianyu?

Yes, according to KakoGuide, which lists five source platforms for iTaoBuy: Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Xianyu and Yupoo albums. That makes it one of the few agents willing to take on the album and second-hand rows many old PandaBuy sheets carried. Someone still has to contact the album seller to locate the item, and iTaoBuy handles that step. Try it on those awkward rows first.

What is iTaoBuy's service fee?

iTaoBuy hasn't published a service fee, so there's no table to set against PandaBuy's old 0% headline. The only reliable figure is the breakdown shown in your own cart. Screenshot it on the first order, note each line, and check later orders against it so any change stands out. A small two-item order is the cheapest way to learn what the fee really is.

How long does iTaoBuy store items?

KakoGuide reports 90 days of free storage followed by a further 30, for 120 in total. After that the items are destroyed, not just charged for, which is harsher than paid storage at many agents. Set a phone reminder around day 75 so there's time to approve photos and choose a line. Plan every iTaoBuy haul to ship inside those first 90 days.

Who runs iTaoBuy?

KakoGuide names the operator as HK SELL GOOD THINGS TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong-registered company based in Guangdong. Its iOS app dates from 2024 and the public launch from around March 2025. That's more disclosure than some young agents give, though a named company doesn't show how problems get handled. Knowing the operator is useful context; a small test order is still the real check.

Can I use PandaBuy links on iTaoBuy?

Not as they are. Run the PandaBuy column through the link converter, which pulls out the Weidian, Taobao or 1688 item ID and returns a clean marketplace address iTaoBuy accepts. Yupoo album links carry no item ID, so they pass through unchanged; send those as album links with a note of the photo, size and price you want. Keep the clean links as your master copy.

Will iTaoBuy chase a second-hand Xianyu row?

KakoGuide includes Xianyu, China's second-hand app, among iTaoBuy's five sources. Each listing is usually a single used piece from a private seller, so it can sell to someone else before your order goes through, and return options are thinner than with a shop. Ask iTaoBuy to confirm the item is still available, then request detailed photos before it ships. Keep Xianyu purchases cheap.

What happens to items left at iTaoBuy too long?

They're destroyed. KakoGuide says iTaoBuy gives 90 free days plus 30 more, and anything still in the warehouse after day 120 is lost rather than billed. That's stricter than agents that simply charge for extra storage. Note each item's arrival date, and if a slow seller holds up the haul, send what's ready in a first parcel. Aim to clear everything out within three months.
